About Us
I’m Remona - before life and reality took over I was an ambitious 'go getter', after a divorce and being a single parent my ambitions were put on hold and I joined the treadmill of life. My priorities soon changed and raising my two beautiful daughters was my number one goal.
I met the other half of “Remona” almost 5 years ago and my life took a dramatic change. It gave me courage and strength to put my ambitions back on track. After much deliberation and encouragement from my ever supporting family we decided to jump in with both feet and launched our business in April 2019. With no premises we decided to do pop up events to showcase our products at various venues. In November 2019 we opened our beautiful boutique at Coopers Square shopping centre in Burton Upon Trent.
The hardest decision we had to make was what to call the boutique! What we came up with was so original! Ha ha.
So “Remona” is actually us…. Remona and Matt, partners in life and business. Matt does all the background stuff and I fulfill my addiction to shopping on a completely new level! We trawl the world wide web, get inspiration from bloggers, fashion stylists, celebrities and of course, you; to bring the best of fashion right here to our boutique and online store.
Our styles are so versatile and will never date. Whether you are nipping to the shops, doing the school run, going out with the girls or the other half, you will look fabulous. Make heads turn whatever your style; simple elegance, casual comfort, edgy rock star! Your look can be an all dayer! As we say in the shop 'you can sparkle up or down' to the get the look for the occasion you are catering for. We want you to be unique and stand out from the crowd and not look the same as everyone else. What’s worse than walking into a room and someone else is wearing the same thing!
We buy limited quantities on each style or garnment so if you see something you like, grab it before its gone. We don't like to re-stock styles generally but we will do if you ask us to. We have several deliveries of new gorgeousness each week from numerous suppliers and manufacturers.. the list keeps growing!
Our shop is displayed by colour order…. everyone has a “go to” colour - The safety zone - but beware - you will be swayed!
We will give you style tips and show you how you can layer up or down, colour block add accessories or multi-way wear a garment.
We can offer you a personal shopping service or you can browse around till your hearts content but we are always here to help. You will never go unnoticed here at Remona, as each and everyone of you, to us, are super special and we will always treat you that way! Customer service to us is our number one priority and when you visit us we will make you feel special each and every time. We care about how you look, feel and when you leave us we want you to feel like a million dollars!
The start of our new business has been a roller-coaster ride to say the least both physically and emotionally but we are still here and we would love for you to join us on our journey…..
