Store Policy

We founded remona boutique fashion with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!

Deliveries

If you live within a 12 mile radius to the shop DE14 1HL, we will delivery free of charge. Our standard next day delivery service is £6.95 for all UK orders under the value of £75.

With our door to door service we usually aim to ship most orders within 1 working day, however, this might be extended during busier times or if any item is on pre-order. We will inform you via email if there is a problem with the order you have placed.

Delivery, once shipped, is within 1-2 working days as we ship packages via Royal Mail Signed For.

For shipping outside of the UK please be aware that there will be addition costs so please contact us at enquiries@remona.co.uk before you place your order.

If you have placed an order and are awaiting delivery, please allow up to 2 working days before contacting us at enquiries@remona.co.uk

A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the delivery service and the value of the order. If no one is available to take delivery of the item, Royal Mail will leave the item in a nominated safe place of your choice or they will take it back to the local delivery office for you to collect. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of an item within 24 hours of us sending your item.
Remember to check your spam or junk folders too.

Returns

All our items are quality checked so we hope there will be no returns and you love your items. However, should you wish to return an item you can do this subject to the following conditions:

Please notify us via email enquiries@remona.co.uk of this within 7 working days of receipt of the item.  A full refund is given up to 14 days from receipt of the item(s).  Exchange only in store up to 28 days.

The item has not been worn and is in its original packaging as when received. This does not include the original posting bag.

All items are fully returned ie: all labels, tags, belts, scarfs etc. are still attached to the item.

The item is not marked, no make up or deodorant marks.

The Item has no perfume or any other scent or covered in animal hair.

The item must not be washed.

Faulty Returns – we will check the order before they are dispatched however If an item is in any way faulty please contact us at enquiries@remona.co.uk and we can assist you.

Cancellations

If after an order has been placed and you wish to cancel this please do so immediately by contacting us on enquiries@remona.co.uk.

If the cancellation is after we has dispatched the item to you, you will be responsible for the returns postage.

We reserve the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the order being made and will, in such cases, offer a full refund where appropriate.
